In order for the Gambia Project Report to offer you our services, you must agree to the following when you sign up to our services:
• You must give us the guarantee that your local project manager or anybody responsible for overseeing your projects will give unrestricted access to our agents to gain entry to the project site to conduct imagery and video recording tasks for onward transmission to our systems.
•You must pay us the full fee for your chosen service before we undertake the provision of the service.
•You must give us accurate and precise location of your project and a name and contact telephone number of the local project manager or person(s) overseeing your project in The Gambia.
•We will provide you with an independent and an up to date progress report on your project using text, imagery or video depending on the level of service you signed up for.
•The service we provide is purely to facilitate the flow of information from your project site to you anywhere in the World in an independent, efficient and timely manner to enable you to keep up to date with the progress of your projects.
•Although we will allow you to download images contained in any of your personal progress reports, any such image, video or text remains our property and we reserve the right to destroy these without prior notice, should we deem it necessary to do so.
•We will endeavour to make your progress reports available on your personalised web page on our website at least 24hrs before the due date provided we had no problems in gaining entry to the project site.
•Our services are by no means a facility to undermine your local project manager (s) or people who may be overseeing your project. Our aim is to work with the local project managers or individuals overseeing your projects to facilitate a timely, regular and effective reporting system to you as a project sponsor or owner. We will not act as investigators and any disputes arising from our reports must be resolved by the project sponsor(s) and the local project manager(s) or persons responsible for overseeing your projects.
